Ingredients
- 6 cups prepared tea, unsweetened, homemade or store-bought
- 4 cups lemonade, homemade or store-bought
- 2 1/4 cups bourbon
- 2/3 cup simple syrup, homemade or store-bought
- 3 medium lemons, thinly sliced, plus more, to taste, for garnish
- ice, to taste
- mint sprigs, optional, to taste, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -In a large bowl or pitcher, add the tea, the lemonade, the bourbon, and the simple syrup and stir to combine.
Step 2 -Add 3 of the sliced lemons to the tea mixture.
Step 3 -Refrigerate the tea mixture until chilled, at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours.
Step 4 -Fill the intended serving glasses with the ice.
Step 5 -Evenly pour the tea mixture over the ice in the glasses.
Step 6 -Serve garnished with the extra lemon slices and the mint sprigs.
