And if that wasn't enough, you simply dump everything into your life-saving slow cooker to get the protein party started. Finish up Barb's Barbecue Tenderloins on the grill to ensure they're just the right texture. Are you convinced yet that these are in fact the best?! Because they sure are!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup grape jelly
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (1.5-3.4-pound, 2-count) package pork tenderloins
Directions
Step 1 -In a small bowl, add the barbecue sauce, the grape jelly, the garlic, and the black pepper and stir to combine.
Step 2 -In a resealable plastic bag, add the tenderloins and evenly cover them with 1/2 of the marinade mixture.
Step 3 -Pour the remaining marinade mixture in a bowl, cover it with a lid, and reserve for basting while grilling.
Step 4 -Transfer the resealable plastic bag and the reserved marinade to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours and up to 8 hours.
Step 5 -Preheat the grill to 350 degrees F.
Step 6 -Add the marinated tenderloins to the grill and cook, rotating and evenly basting them with the reserved marinade, about every 10 minutes, until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, about 30 minutes.
Step 7 -Transfer the tenderloins to a clean plate. Cover with aluminum foil and let them rest, about 10 minutes.
Step 8 -Slice and serve.
