Ingredients• 1/3 cup hot sauce • 3/4 cup brown sugar • 1/4 cup water • 8 chicken fingers, breaded and cooked • 4 flour tortillas, burrito size • 2 cups cheddar cheese, optional, shredded • 2 cups lettuce, optional, chopped • 1 small tomato, optional, sliced
In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, stir the hot sauce, brown sugar, and water until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce is heated thoroughly, about 5-10 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat, and let the mixture stand for 3-4 minutes to thicken.
Place the cooked chicken fingers in a large bowl.
Pour the sauce over the chicken fingers, gently tossing with tongs to coat all of the chicken in the sauce.
Place two sauce-coated chicken fingers onto one of the tortillas.
Add the desired amount of cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
Wrap it up and serve immediately.
Repeat with the remaining chicken, tortillas, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
