You just need a few ingredients for a game-changing marinade and a grill: the steak absorbs the tangy, sweet, and garlicky marinade and cooks quickly to tender perfection. • 1/2 cup vegetable oil • 1/3 cup soy sauce • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar • 2 tablespoons lemon juice • 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper • 1 1/2 pounds flank steak • oil, for the grill grates


Step 1

Mix together the oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, and ground black pepper in a bowl.

Step 2

Place the flank steaks in a shallow glass dish.

Pour the marinade over the steaks.

Turn the meat a few times to coat in entirety.

Cover the meat and refrigerate for at least 6 hours and up to overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
