Crack Chicken Casserole is a layered tasting experience—layers upon layer of deep, savory chicken flavor. You can taste creamy chicken in the rice, in the sauce, and in the chicken itself (of course). But Crack Chicken Casserole also bursts with sharp cheddar and bright carrots and peppers, all of which accent and enhance the chicken taste. You can transform a rotisserie chicken into a complete meal in one fell swoop and make it even more delicious with this dish.
