• 1 pound ground hamburger, lean • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce • 1 egg, beaten • 8 saltine crackers, crushed Optional for serving: • 6 hamburger buns • 6 slices cheese, of your choice • 6 leaves lettuce • 6 slices tomato • 6 slices onion • 8 slices bacon • mayonnaise, to taste • ketchup, to taste • mustard, to taste • mushrooms, to taste


Step 1

In a medium bowl, use clean hands to mix the hamburger, garlic powder, onion salt, seasoning salt, Worcestershire sauce, egg, and crushed crackers together well.

Step 2
