The cauliflower craze continues! Crispy cauliflower seasoned to perfection and cooked in a sweet, spicy sauce is the perfect addition to any meal.
Ingredients• 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce • 1 tablespoon sriracha • juice of 1 lime • 3 cloves garlic, minced • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets • kosher salt • freshly ground black pepper • 1 teaspoon Chopped cilantro, for garnish
Set your oven temperature to 425 degrees F.
Whisk olive oil, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, and garlic together in a large mixing bowl. Toss the cauliflower in the sauce mixture until well-coated.
Spread the cauliflower on a large baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes until lightly golden and fully cooked. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
