Ultimate Chicken Salad

Your chicken salad just got a major upgrade. This Ultimate Chicken Salad is just that… ultimate! Serve as a sandwich or salad—the options are limitless!


• 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts • 1/2 cup sliced almonds • 1 cup mayonnaise • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard • 1 cup red grapes, quartered • 2 stalks celery, diced • 3 green onions (green and white parts), sliced • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley • 1 tablespoon chopped tarragon • 1 lemon, juiced • salt and pepper, to taste


Step 1

Cook chicken in a pan until chicken reaches 165 degrees F internally. Cut the cooled chicken into half-inch pieces.

Step 2

Cut up the celery, green onions, grapes, parsley, and tarragon. Combine with mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Mix well and chill.
