Tuscan Ribeye has the fattiness and beefy flavor of a top-tier steak rubbed with Italian-style herbs and smoky brown sugar for a truly beautiful golden-brown jacket. • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme • 1 teaspoon dried oregano • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper • 1 teaspoon brown sugar • 2 teaspoons salt • 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more as needed • 2 (12-ounce) boneless rib-eye steaks, about 1-inch thick


Step 1

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Mix the thyme, oregano, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, brown sugar, and salt in a small bowl.

Step 3

Rub the steaks on both sides with the olive oil and the spice rub.

Step 4

Place the steaks on the grill and cook until reaching your desired level of doneness, reading 135 degrees F for medium-rare, about 5-7 minutes per side.
