It has flavors that teleport you to your favorite destinations, with tangy pineapple and creamy bananas evoking the white sand beaches of faraway islands. Finally, the Tropical Smoothie is nurturing and filling, restoring you so you can take on anything, as only a good break can. Plus it only takes 5 minutes to make, so you can get back to swinging in your hammock in no time. Like we said, vacation in a glass!


Ingredients

• 1/2 cup milk or almond milk, or pineapple juice for a more pronounced pineapple flavor • 1 cup frozen pineapple • 1 cup frozen strawberries • 1 banana, frozen, about 3/4 cup • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla or plain yogurt

Directions

Step 1

Add the milk, pineapple, strawberries, banana, and yogurt to a high-power blender.

Step 2

Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Serve.
