Ingredients• 1/2 cup butter • 1/2 cup sugar • 1 teaspoon vanilla • 2 cups flour • 1 cup walnuts, chopped • powdered sugar, to taste, for garnish
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla.
Add the flour and chopped nuts.
Roll golf ball-sized balls of the dough in your hand.
Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake until lightly golden brown, about 8 minutes.
Roll the warm cookies in the powdered sugar.
