• 2 (9 ounces) packages cheese tortellini, refrigerated • 1/4 cup butter • 1 pint heavy cream • 4 ounces chive and onion cream cheese • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Step 1

In a large pot of salted water, cook the tortellini according to the package directions.

Drain the water.

In a large non-stick skillet, add the butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese.
