Ingredients• 2 (9 ounces) packages cheese tortellini, refrigerated • 1/4 cup butter • 1 pint heavy cream • 4 ounces chive and onion cream cheese • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
In a large pot of salted water, cook the tortellini according to the package directions.
Drain the water.
In a large non-stick skillet, add the butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese.
Stir the mixture and let it simmer until the butter and cream cheese have melted.
Stir in the parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
