Ingredients• 1/4 cup honey • 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard • 1 tablespoon butter • 1 1/2 pounds pork chops, center-cut, boneless, and 1/2-inch-thick • garlic powder, to taste
Mix the honey and mustard in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Set aside.
Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Lay the pork chops in the hot butter.
Sprinkle the chops with half of the garlic powder and sauté until browned, about 3 minutes.
Flip the chops and sprinkle them with the remaining garlic powder.
Sauté for 3 more minutes.
Brush the honey mustard sauce over the chops and flip them.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Brush the honey mustard on the top of the chops and flip them again.
Cook until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chops reads 145 degrees F, about 5 minutes.
