Ingredients
• 1/2 cup pineapple juice • 1/4 cup olive oil • 2 tablespoons lime juice • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 6 cups cabbage, shredded • 1 1/2 cups papaya, chopped and peeled • 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed • 1 small sweet red pepper, choppedDirections
