IngredientsFor the lemon poppy seed dressing: • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise • 1 tablespoon lemon zest • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice • 3 tablespoons honey • 2 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste For the salad: • 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, grilled, cooled for 10 minutes, and diced • 8 ounces baby spinach • 2 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced • 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped and lightly toasted • 1 large avocado, peeled and diced • 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled • 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
