Ingredients• 4 frozen buttermilk biscuits, plus more for optional serving • 1 1/2 cups chicken stock • 1 cups whole milk • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour • 1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning • 3 tablespoons butter • 1 small onion, chopped • 1 cups carrots, julienned • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded • 1 cups frozen cut green beans • 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, chopped • kosher salt, to taste • black pepper, to taste
Prepare the frozen buttermilk biscuits according to the package directions.
In a large mason jar, shake together the chicken stock, whole milk, flour, and poultry seasoning.
In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
