For the meatballs: • 1 pound lean ground beef • 1 large egg • 1 teaspoon mustard • 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped • 1/3 cup bread crumbs • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley, plus more to taste • 1/4 teaspoon dried garlic powder, plus more to taste • salt, to taste • pepper, to taste For the sauce: • 1 cup barbecue sauce, of your choice • 1 teaspoon ground paprika • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
