• 1 cup panko bread crumbs • 2 tablespoons olive oil • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, snipped • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1/8 teaspoon pepper • 4 (6-ounce) tilapia fillets • 1 tablespoon lemon juice • lemon wedges, optional, to taste

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2

Use cooking spray to coat a 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

Step 3

In a medium bowl, toss together the bread crumbs, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper.

Step 4

Place the tilapia on the prepared pan and brush with lemon juice.

Step 5

Evenly top the tilapia with the bread crumb mixture, patting to help it adhere to the fish.

Step 6

Bake, uncovered, on the upper oven rack until the fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, about 12-15 minutes.

Step 7

Serve with lemon wedges.
