Ingredients• 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, well softened • 1/4 cup sour cream • 1/4 cup mayonnaise • 1 clove garlic, minced • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese, finely shredded • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, finely shredded • pepper, to taste • 1 (14 ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, can liquid drained, artichokes squeezed to drain the excess liquid, chopped • 6 ounces frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain excess liquid
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan, mozzarella, and pepper.
Add the artichokes and spinach and stir well.
Pour the mixture evenly into the baking dish, smoothing out the top.
Bake until bubbly and melty, about 20 minutes.
