• 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced • 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional • 1/8 teaspoon pepper • 1/4 cup milk, 2% • 6 chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced • 1/4 cup butter, melted • 2 tablespoons lemon juice • paprika, to taste


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 3

Combine the bread crumbs, parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Place the milk in a shallow bowl.

Dip the chicken in the milk, then toss it in the crumb mixture.

Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish.

Combine the garlic, butter, and lemon juice.
