• 2 cups whitefish, smoked • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise • 2 tablespoons lemon juice • 1/2 cup onion, finely diced • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce • 1 tablespoon garlic • 1/2 teaspoons dill weed • salt, to taste • pepper, to taste Optional, for serving: • crackers, of your choice, to taste • toast, of your choice, to taste • rice cakes, of your choice, to taste • rye bread, to taste • bagel chips, to taste


Step 1

Gently break the smoked fish into bite-sized pieces, and set it aside.
