• 2 (14-ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry • 1 cup sour cream • 1 small onion, diced • 2 cloves garlic, crushed • 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese • 3/4 cup milk • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese • 1/3 cup mayonnaise • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed


Step 1

To begin, place the artichoke hearts, sour cream, spinach, garlic, onion, parmesan, feta, milk, mayonnaise, pepper, and vinegar into a slow cooker, stirring until fully combined.

Step 2

Top with cream cheese. Cover and cook for 2 hours on low heat.

Uncover and stir until the cream cheese is fully combined.
