• 2 cloves garlic, minced • 1 yellow onion, diced • 2 ribs celery, diced • 2 carrots, grated • 1 pound black beans, rinsed • 1 cup salsa • 1 tablespoon chili powder • 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin • 1 teaspoon dried oregano • 4 cups vegetable broth • 2 cups water • toppings, optional, to taste, of your choice


Step 1

Combine the garlic, onion, celery, carrots, black beans, salsa, chili powder, cumin, oregano, vegetable broth, and water in a 5-7 quart slow cooker, stirring well.
