Sausage Breakfast Casserole is an easy, go-to casserole to kick off your day. You can’t go wrong with fluffy eggs, melty cheese, flaky crescent rolls, and tender sausage! You can make this delicious breakfast course for special occasions and holidays—or even just any weekday morning because it only takes 25 minutes to whip up.


• 1 pound sausage • 1 package crescent rolls • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese • 5 eggs • 1/4 cup milk • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2

Place the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.

Step 3

Unroll the crescent sheet dough and spread it out across the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.

Step 4

Evenly spread the sausage over the dough, then sprinkle the cheese on top.

Step 5

In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, Italian seasoning, pepper, and salt. Pour it over the sausage and dough.
