• olive oil, to taste • 1 zucchini, sliced into 1/2-inch-thick rounds or slices • parmesan cheese, freshly grated, to taste • salt, to taste • pepper to taste


Step 1

Preheat the broiler on high.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat well with the olive oil.
