Ingredients• 9 slider rolls or plate buns • 1/4 cup pesto • 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded • 2 tablespoons butter, softened • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Softly brush an 8x8-inch baking dish with melted butter or spray with non-stick spray.
Cut the supper rolls in half lengthwise and place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
Spread the pesto sauce over the bottom half of the rolls.
Add the chicken in a layer over the pesto.
Sprinkle the mozzarella over the chicken.
Place the top half of the rolls on top.
In a small bowl, add the butter, garlic salt, and parsley together and whisk to combine.
Brush or drizzle the butter blend over top of the sliders.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
Bake until the mozzarella is softened, about 15-20 minutes.
