Ingredients• 1/2 cup soy sauce • 1/3 cup olive oil • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced • 2 tablespoons dried basil • 1 tablespoon dried parsley • 1 teaspoon black pepper • 1 1/2 pounds flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
In a large resealable plastic bag, pour in the soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, basil, parsley, and black pepper. Massage the bag to mix the ingredients.
Add the steak pieces to the bag and seal it shut. Massage the bag to ensure that all of the steak pieces are evenly coated in the marinade.
Place the bag in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 15 minutes and up to 24 hours.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the skillet is very hot, add the steak using a slotted spoon. Discard the excess marinade.
Cook the steak pieces until they reach the desired level of doneness, reading 135 degrees F for medium-rare, about 2-3 minutes.
