Ingredients• 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed • 2 tablespoons butter • 1 clove garlic, crushed • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
In a pot of boiling water, cook the Brussels sprouts until softened, about 8 minutes.
Transfer the Brussels sprouts from the water and drain them.
Using a saucepan over medium, heat the butter and garlic until the mixture is bubbly, about 2 minutes.
Pour the Brussels sprouts into the saucepan, making sure to stir enough to coat the sprouts evenly with the garlic butter.
Put the sprouts in a serving dish and sprinkle the top with the parmesan cheese.
