• 4 green shallots • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil • 1 pound beef mince • 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade • 2 teaspoons cornflour • 1 (1 pound) packet frozen stir-fry vegetable mix • 1 (1 pound) packet microwave long-grain rice


Step 1

Finely chop 2 shallots and slice the remaining into long thin strips.
