Ingredients• 1 unpeeled orange, seeded, cut into eighths • 1 (12-ounce) package frozen cranberries, rinsed and drained • 1 cup sugar
Place half of the cranberries and half of the orange slices into a food processor.
Process the cranberries and orange slices in the food processor until the mixture is evenly and nicely chopped.
Move the mixture to a bowl.
Then, repeat the process with the remaining orange slices and cranberries.
Combine both halves of the cranberry/orange mixture in a larger bowl.
Stir in the sugar, making sure all of the fruit is saturated with sugar.
Store in the refrigerator or freezer before serving.
