Ingredients• 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef • 1 onion, chopped • 3/4 teaspoon salt • ground black pepper, to taste • 1 (32-ounce) package tater tots, thawed • 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup • 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup • 1 (6-ounce) can french-fried onion rings, optional
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, salt, and pepper until the beef is no longer pink.
Drain the skillet of excess liquids.
