Loaded Tater Tot Bites is the best of both worlds–tater tots and loaded baked potatoes. Every bite is filled with the packed flavors you love from a baked potato, but with a crispy tot exterior! These bite-sized tater treats are topped with sharp cheddar cheese, fatty bacon, creamy and tangy ranch, and crunchy green onions for a savory treat that is impossible to resist. Loaded Tater Tot Bites are hearty, delicious, and will be gone in no time — they’re that good!


• 48 tater tots, frozen • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, plus more for topping • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and diced • 1/2 cup ranch dressing • green onions, optional, for garnish


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2

Spray a mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 3

Place 3 tater tots in each cup and bake for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Remove the pan from the oven and press the tater tots down to create a cup shape.

Step 5

Fill each tater tot cup with the cheese and bacon.

Step 6

Bake until the tater tots are golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.

Step 7

Let tater tots cool before drizzling the ranch dressing over the top.

Step 8

Add green onions and remaining cheese.
