Loaded Guacamole

Just when you thought guacamole couldn't get any better, it did! Loaded Guacamole gives regular guac a makeover with hearty black beans, onions, sharp cheese, and tomatoes. It’s your favorite creamy, tangy, and spicy appetizer dip with some extra bright pizzazz. Loaded Guacamole is so delicious, you won’t have to worry about leftovers!


• 2 avocados, ripe, seeded, peeled, diced, and divided • 1 medium tomato, diced • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced • 1 lime, juiced • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed • 4 green onions, thinly sliced • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded • salt, to taste • pepper, to taste • crackers or tortilla chips, optional, for serving


Step 1

Mash 1 of the avocados in a bowl.

Step 2

Add the tomatoes, jalapeno, and lime juice, mixing to combine.

Step 3

Add the beans, onions, cheese, and the remaining avocado, mixing well and seasoning with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to eat.

Step 5

Serve with your favorite crackers or chips!
