Ingredients
For the rice: • 1 1/2 cups long-grain white rice • 2 cups chicken stock • 1 1/2 tablespoons light soy sauce • 1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 2 cups frozen diced vegetables • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper • 1 1/4 cups bacon, chopped For the topping: • 1 tablespoon sesame oil • 1/2 cup green onion, finely slicedDirections
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F.
Step 2
Place the white rice, chicken stock, soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, garlic, frozen vegetables, and white pepper in a 9x13-inch baking dish and stir, spreading the rice evenly throughout the pan.

Scatter the bacon on top of the rice.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake until the bacon has darkened in color, the liquid is absorbed, and the rice is cooked but still appears wet.
