Ingredients
• 1 1/2 cups sugar • 1 tablespoon plus 1/3 cup flour • 3 Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped • 2 cups cranberries • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal • 1/2 cup brown sugar • 1 stick butter, meltedDirections
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the sugar with 1 tablespoon flour.
Add in the apples and cranberries and mix thoroughly to combine.
Pour the apple/cranberry mixture into the greased baking dish.
In a separate bowl add the oatmeal, brown sugar, melted butter, and 1/3 cup flour, mixing to combine.
Crumble the oatmeal mixture over the apples and cranberries in the baking dish.
Put the baking dish into the oven and bake until the fruit is tender and the crumble is crispy, for about 45 to 55 minutes.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and let the casserole rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Serve warm!
