For the lemon orange cake: • 3 cups all-purpose flour • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 2 tablespoons orange zest, grated • 2 tablespoons lemon zest, grated • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened • 1 1/4 cup white sugar • 1/2 cup lemon juice • 1/2 cup orange juice • 3/4 cup milk • 5 eggs For the lemon-honey glaze: • 1 cup powdered sugar • 2 tablespoons honey • 2 tablespoons lemon juice


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray a bundt pan generously with nonstick cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking, powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the orange and lemon zest, stirring to combine.
