Everyone’s favorite football finger food gets its day in the sun as the main dish. The addition of chicken gives the Jalapeño Popper Casserole more meat—literally and figuratively. The result is a creamy, spicy dinner that will remind you of your Sunday afternoon get-togethers. Jalapeño Popper Casserole is Keto-friendly but can be served alongside a grain for the non-Keto crowd.

• 3-4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, and cubed • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder • 1/2 cup heavy cream • 6 jalapeño peppers, seeded and diced • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded • 6 slices bacon, optional, cooked and chopped

Step 5

Pour the cream mixture over the chicken.

Step 6

Top with the diced jalapeños and cheese.

Step 7
