The classic breakfast staple! These IHOP Copycat Pancakes are just as good as they are in the restaurant, and they're so simple and quick to make. This recipe yields 4 and takes only 20 minutes to make!


• 1 1/4 cups milk • 1/4 cup vegetable oil • 1/4 cup sugar • 1 egg • 1 cup flour • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder • 1 teaspoon baking soda • Butter • Fresh fruit or desired pancake toppings (optional) • Syrup (optional)


Step 1

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Put all ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth.

Step 3

Pour the batter by spoonfuls into the hot pan, forming 5-inch circles.

Step 4

When the edges appear to harden, flip the pancakes (they should be light brown).

Step 5

Enjoy with your favorite toppings and syrup.
