Ingredients• 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened • 1 splash pure vanilla extract • 1 dash ground cinnamon • 1 dash ground nutmeg • 1 dash ground allspice • 2 ounces dark rum • 4 ounces hot water • 1 cinnamon stick, for garnish
Combine the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and vanilla extract into the bottom of an Irish coffee glass or mug. Muddle or mix well.
Pour in the rum. Top it off with the hot water.
Stir well and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Serve.
