• 1 cup coffee • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree • 1 cup milk, of your choice • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon • 1 teaspoon sweetener, of your choice, plus more to choice • whipped cream, optional, for topping • cinnamon, optional, for topping


Step 1

Put the coffee, pumpkin puree, and milk into a pot over the stove-top on medium heat.

Step 2

Heat while mixing until the puree is melted into the coffee and milk, about 7-10 minutes.

Add the pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, and sweetener, mixing together for about 2-3 minutes.
