Ingredients• 3 cups all-purpose flour • 1 teaspoon baking soda • 1 teaspoon salt • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened • 1 cup brown sugar • 3/4 cup white sugar • 2 large eggs • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract • 1 1/2 cups chocolate-covered candies • 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
Line the pan with parchment paper, letting the parchment hang slightly over the edges for easier removal of the bars later on.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, and vanilla on medium speed until creamy and light in color, about 3-5 minutes.
Add the flour mixture to the stand mixer and beat until all the ingredients come together, about 1 minute, making sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Fold in the chocolate candies and holiday sprinkles.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake until the top just starts to turn golden, for about 30 minutes.
Let the dessert cool in the pan for 15 minutes.
Remove the dessert by pulling on the parchment paper.
Then cut it into bars and serve!
