Finding a salmon recipe that doesn't entirely dry out your fillet can be tough. This recipe is different! Enjoy a flavorful fish with these Herb-Roasted Salmon Fillets in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients• 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each) • 4 garlic cloves, minced • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed • 1 tablespoon olive oil • 2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme • 3/4 teaspoon salt • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Set your oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare a 10” x 15” baking dish by greasing the bottom.
In a small bowl, combine the garlic, rosemary, olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets, skin side down, into the greased baking pan. Spread the oil mixture evenly over the fillets.
Roast in the oven to desired doneness, 15-18 minutes. Enjoy!
