Haunted 7-Layer Taco Dip only takes 5 minutes to prepare, so it'll be ready faster than you can say "Boo!".
Ingredients• 1 1/4 cups light sour cream, divided into 1 cup and 1/4 cup • 1 1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning • 1 (14.5 ounce) can fat-free refried beans • 1 cup chunky salsa, drained • 1 cup guacamole • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes, cored and seeded • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced and drained • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced, tops only • tortilla chips, for serving
In a small bowl, combine the taco seasoning and 1 cup of sour cream. Set aside.
Spread the refried beans out into the bottom of a 9-inch dish.
Spread the taco seasoning/sour cream mixture on top of the refried beans, making it as even as possible.
Spread the drained salsa on top of the taco seasoning/sour cream mixture.
Top with guacamole, leaving a 1 1/2 - 2 inch border around the dish.
Sprinkle all of the shredded cheese around the outer edge of the dish.
Spread the olives, tomatoes, and green onions on top of the shredded cheese.
Put the remaining 1/4 cup of sour cream in a pastry bag fitted with a round tip. (If you don't have access to a pastry bag, you can cut the corner off of a sealable plastic bag).
Place a dollop of the sour cream in the center of the guacamole.
Then, pipe multiple circles around the center dollop.
Using a toothpick, make the spider web. Start at the center dollop, dragging it out past the outer circle of the sour cream.
Set a plastic spider in the center of the spider web. (Make sure to remove this when serving).
Cover and refrigerate.
Serve with tortilla chips.
