Ingredients• 1 1/2 pounds ground beef • 2 teaspoons salt • 1 tablespoon paprika • 1 teaspoon garlic salt • 1 teaspoon onion powder • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper • 1 cup beef broth • 1 1/2 cups milk • 2 tablespoons cornstarch • 1 pound cavatappi pasta, cooked according to package instructions • 3 cups cheddar cheese, freshly shredded • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped, for garnish
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add in the ground beef and cook until the beef is no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
In a small mixing bowl, add together the salt, the paprika, the garlic salt, the onion powder, the black pepper, and the red pepper, mixing until well combined.
