Ingredients• 2 (1 pound) pork tenderloins • 1 teaspoon garlic powder • 1 teaspoon salt • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper • 1 cup barbeque sauce, plus more dipping
Prepare the grill for indirect heat.
Season the pork tenderloins with the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Oil the grates or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Ensure you have a drip pan positioned under the pork.
Place the pork on the grill and cook over indirect heat for 30 minutes.
Brush the tenderloin with the barbecue sauce of your choice and cook until an internal meat thermometer reads 145 degrees F, about 15 minutes.
Remove the pork from the grill and allow it to rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes.
Slice the pork and serve with additional barbeque sauce for dipping.
