Ingredients• 16 ounces short pasta • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar • 1/3 cup olive oil • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder • 1 teaspoon oregano • salt, to taste • pepper, to taste • 3/4 English cucumber, diced • 2 tomatoes, sliced • 1/2 cup black olives, pitted • 1/2 cup feta cheese, cubed
Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Drain the pasta and set it aside.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
In a large salad bowl, toss the pasta, dressing, cucumber, tomatoes, black olives, and feta cheese together.
Refrigerate and serve cold.
