Ingredients• 1 cup dry breadcrumbs • 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded • 2 tablespoons dried parsley • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined • 2 tablespoons butter, melted, plus more to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by spraying with cooking spray.
In a resealable plastic bag, add the breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, and garlic powder. Shake to combine.
Add the shrimp and shake well to coat.
Arrange the shrimp on a baking dish. Sprinkle with any remaining bread crumb mixture and drizzle with melted butter.
Bake until the shrimp begin to crisp, about 15-20 minutes.
Switch the oven setting to broil and watch carefully for 2-3 minutes as the top begins to turn light brown.
