Garlic Parmesan Shrimp uses the classic shake-and-bake technique for this crunchy shrimp that’s a grown-up version of popcorn shrimp: buttery, garlicky, and with notes of sharpness from the cheese. • 1 cup dry breadcrumbs • 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded • 2 tablespoons dried parsley • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined • 2 tablespoons butter, melted, plus more to taste


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by spraying with cooking spray.

Step 3

In a resealable plastic bag, add the breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, and garlic powder. Shake to combine.

Step 4

Add the shrimp and shake well to coat.

Arrange the shrimp on a baking dish. Sprinkle with any remaining bread crumb mixture and drizzle with melted butter.
