Ditch the grocery-store popsicles infused with all those bad ingredients and make your own at home with this recipe for Fruity Popsicles! This recipe has 5 delicious flavors that you can choose from: Berry Lemon, Rainbow Fruit, Berries and Cream, Coconut Lime and Sneaky Spinach. These sweet treats are delicious and sure to satisfy any sweet tooth—young or mature. Fruity Popsicles are yummy and perfect for a sunny day!


Ingredients

Berry Lemon: • 1/2 cup orange juice • 1 1/2 cup fresh berries • 2 tablespoons lemon juice • 1 tablespoon lemon zest • 2 to 4 tablespoons honey or sugar Rainbow Fruit: • 1 cup fruit, sliced • 1 1/2 cups coconut water • 2 to 4 tablespoons honey or sugar Berries and Cream: • 1 1/2 cups fresh berries • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar • 1 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Coconut Lime: • 1 14-ounce can full-fat coconut milk • 1/4 cup lime juice • 2 tablespoons lime zest • 1/4 cup honey Sneaky Spinach: • 1 1/2 cups milk • 1 cup fresh spinach • 1/4 cup honey • 2 bananas

Directions

Berry Lemon:
Step 1

Combine the orange juice, berries, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey or sugar in a blender until smooth.

Step 2

Pour into the molds.

Rainbow Fruit:
Step 1

Distribute the fruit into molds.

Step 2

Combine the coconut water and honey, then pour the mixture into the molds, tapping on a table or counter to remove air pockets.

Berries and Cream:
Step 1

Puree the berries until smooth, adding a touch of water or juice if needed.

Step 2

Stir together the yogurt, honey, and vanilla.

Step 3

Spoon the berries and yogurt into molds in alternating layers.

Coconut Lime:
Step 1

Stir together the coconut milk, lime juice, lime zest, and honey.

Step 2

Pour into the molds.

Sneaky Spinach:
Step 1

Combine the milk, spinach, honey, and bananas in a blender until smooth.

Step 2

Pour into the molds.

Step 3

Insert sticks and freeze until hard, at least 4 hours.

Step 4

Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen, then remove the pops from the molds.

Step 5

Serve these popsicles straight out of the freezer, and enjoy!
