Ingredients• 2 bags frozen cauliflower florets • 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more as needed • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs • 1 teaspoon garlic powder • 1/4 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F on a convection roast setting.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
On the prepared baking sheet, toss the cauliflower with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix together the panko, garlic powder, and salt.
