This simple, speedy, and sensational dish is easy to put together and even easier to enjoy: the frozen broccoli comes out of the oven transformed into crispy aromatic treats with melted cheese on top. Ingredients• 1 (10 ounce) bag frozen broccoli florets • olive oil, to taste • salt, to taste • garlic powder, to taste • pepper, to taste • onion powder, to taste • parmesan cheese, optional, to taste, for topping
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the frozen broccoli on the parchment paper, making sure not to overlap. The broccoli does not need to thaw.
Glaze the frozen broccoli with the olive oil.
Top the broccoli with equal parts of the salt, garlic powder, pepper, and onion powder.
Roast the broccoli until crisped to desired texture, about 15-20 minutes.
Transfer the roasted broccoli from the oven.
Top the broccoli with parmesan cheese.
