Ingredients• 10 ounce bag of frozen broccoli florets • olive oil spray • salt • pepper • garlic powder • onion powder • Parmesan cheese, optional for topping
Set the oven to 450 degrees F (or 232 degrees C).
Next, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and arrange the frozen broccoli on the parchment paper, making sure not to overlap. The broccoli does not need to thaw.
Glaze the frozen broccoli with any type of olive oil.
Top the broccoli with equal parts salt, garlic powder, pepper, and onion powder. Put the pan into the preheated oven. Let the broccoli roast for approximately 15-20 minutes, until broccoli is crisped to your liking.
Move the now broccoli from the oven, for more taste top the broccoli with parmesan cheese.
