Frozen Roasted Broccoli

It's as simple as it sounds! With only 5 minutes to prep, you can throw together this delicious side dish to accompany any protein. Tailor the levels of spices to your preference!


• 10 ounce bag of frozen broccoli florets • olive oil spray • salt • pepper • garlic powder • onion powder • Parmesan cheese, optional for topping


Step 1

Set the oven to 450 degrees F (or 232 degrees C).

Step 2

Next, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and arrange the frozen broccoli on the parchment paper, making sure not to overlap. The broccoli does not need to thaw.

Step 3

Glaze the frozen broccoli with any type of olive oil.

Step 4

Top the broccoli with equal parts salt, garlic powder, pepper, and onion powder. Put the pan into the preheated oven. Let the broccoli roast for approximately 15-20 minutes, until broccoli is crisped to your liking.

Step 5

Move the now broccoli from the oven, for more taste top the broccoli with parmesan cheese.
